My goal in golf is to be the #1 player in the world. Fitness wise, I have a couple of goals. First, I want to prevent injury. Second, I want to in good shape so that I do not get fatigued over the course of the round/tournament/season. Third, I don't want to have restrictions in my movement because that means that I have to compensate during my swing.
I think Kinexit is going to help me a lot because it's like having a personal trainer in your pocket at all times. I like that the workouts are always different so I don't get bored with the same repeated exercises. It is super easy to use; it tells you the reps and even has a convenient avatar that shows you the movements. I also really like that you can change the type of work out. Some days you just feel like stretching and some days you want to lift some weights and break a sweat. This is great for being on tour because you don't want to be sore before a tournament round so the flexibility workouts are perfect. Or if you're in an off week you can do more of the performance and endurance workouts. I also really like that you can change the length of the work out so you can fit it in your day whether you do 30 minutes at a time or a full hour. So far I have loved it although, I can't say that I have been using long enough to see a difference physically.
The major aspect of Kinexit that sets it apart, I think, is the testing. It was super easy and I feel confident that I'll be able to do it on my own when the time comes. And it's great to know that the workouts that are generated are just for you based on your testing. So every time you work out, you are improving your weaknesses.
Overall, I really like Kinexit so far! Once I graduated college, the hardest part of working out was thinking up a work out. And Kinexit takes care of that!

Like so many other golfers, I’ve had many years with back problems. For nearly 20 years I have tried various forms of therapy, rehab and training programs For the last year I have consistently trained with the theme of Kinexit and I'm for the first time on the way to get rid of my back problems. I also feel like I have developed a completely different level of flexibility, strength and explosiveness than I ever had before.
I wish I had come across Kinexit much earlier. The concept around movement and physical training provides the platform needed to achieve the goals I have set; in my case, to be able to resume my competitive career in golf.
